Function
Intelligent Conveyor System
The transfer direction can be
chosen arbitrarily(left← → right) . It is suitable for all production line
conveyor with dedicated gear chain . Its maximum load of workpiece is
4kg.The conveyor width can be adjusted by Anda software
automatically to improve the
production switching efficiency.
LED UV Light Inspection
An inspection device that checks the coating effect can real-time monitor the spray quality.
Waste Collection
There is a waste collection
device to recycle the waste
produced during testing ,
which ensures that no dispose is required for 24-hour of
continuous operation.
Optional Function
Dedicated Clamping Device & CCD Visual Positioning
The upper and lower clamps are fixed to prevent the workpiece from moving during operation , and the CCD camera is used for Mark positioning to improve accuracy.
Nozzle Cleaning
Clean the valve regularly with a certain number of times to ensure its cleanness . The standard configuration is 2L solvent tank .
Automatic Board Return Conveyor
The empty carrier is automatically returned to the loading station to reduce personnel handling problems .
Material Inspection System
The automatic feeding system adopts constant flow and constant pressure for feeding, which is stable and safe. lt is optionally equipped with material monitoring system using the principle of quality sensing, computer control. lt can alarm automatically when the paint is not enough .
Barcode Scanner
It is equipped with barcode scanner, which can achieve product traceability.
