1. It can achieve the precise dispensing at the grade of 0.002mg.

2. The maximum working frequency is up to 1000Hz, and the minimum width of straight-line dispensingis 0.3mm.

3. The high-precise nozzle and structure design has advantages of small stroke and strong jet force, which can avoid the occurence of bubbles and splattering.

4. It can perform the in-flight dispensing with the use of dispensing machine to achieve the highly efficient production.

5. It adopts the built-in heater, and the constant temperature of the cavity and the feed material can be set between 0-150°C.This ensures that the material viscosity is no affected by surrounding temperature and keeps the consistency.

6.Based on customer requirements, it can be equipped with different types of the material syringes to reduce the time of material replacement.

7.The valve can dispense (jet)the fluid into the narrow space around 100 microns, so it is suitable for multi-purpose and different products.
