1. Clean the pipeline. After the dispensing machine is used for a period of time, some glue will remain in the pipeline more or less. 2. Regularly lubricate the lifter. The lifter is connected to the precision dispensing valve. If there is a problem with the lifter, the glue valve will not be able to dispense glue accurately. The way to lubricate is to regularly use a grease gun to apply high-temperature lithium-based grease to the lifter.
3. Wipe the machine clean. There may be many types of glue used in a period of time, and the more you mix, the faster the reaction will be, so you need to wipe the machine clean in time after each use. At the same time, the amount of glue should be reasonably configured to avoid waste.
4. Unplug the power in time. If the dispenser is powered on all the time, even if it is not working, the glue valve will be working. The rubber valve will affect the service life, and it will also waste electricity.
5. Replace the dispensing needle. The consumables of the dispensing valve are mainly dispensing needles when it is working, and the dispensing needles need to work for a long time. If ordinary dispensing needles are used, not only the durability, but also the service life of the dispensing valve will be affected. In order to reduce loss, when performing high-intensity dispensing operations, the dispensing needles of ordinary materials can be replaced with durable stainless steel needles.
The precision dispensing valve is an important configuration for the dispensing machine to control the glue flow rate well, especially in the production of long-term products. It plays a very important role. The maintenance methods of precision dispensing valves, resuction dispensing valves, and thimble resuction dispensing valves are different. If not maintained properly, it may shorten the service life of the dispensing valve.
